These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Local Roof Crew website and services provided by Mustafa Fortune LLC DBA Local Roof Crew ("we," "our," or "us"), including any communication via SMS, MMS, or other Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging platforms. By using this website, submitting a request, or opting in to our communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By using Local Roof Crew services, including by opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Local Roof Crew helps homeowners get their roof inspected and repaired or replaced. When you request a free roof inspection, we collect your contact and roof details, communicate with you to qualify and schedule the visit, and coordinate your appointment with the local roofing contractor assigned to your inspection. Inspections and any resulting work are performed by that contractor.
This campaign delivers appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, customer support messages, and occasional service-related promotional notifications to opted-in users. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Local Roof Crew; you may receive up to 6 messages per week while we schedule and follow up on your inspection.

Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Roofing work is performed by independent contractors, and responsibility for the workmanship, materials, and warranties of that work lies with the contractor who performs it. Photos labeled as samples are for illustration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is provided on an "as available" basis and subject to termination at any time by Local Roof Crew or participating carriers.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Local Roof Crew concerning your use of our website and A2P messaging services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
