• With the local roofing contractor assigned to your inspection: we share your name, property address, appointment time, and details about your roof so they can prepare for, attend, and complete the work you requested.

These may include SMS gateway and A2P messaging platforms (e.g., Twilio, Bandwidth, etc.), voice and AI communication platforms, CRM and scheduling systems, cloud hosting and storage providers, analytics services, advertising platforms, and compliance and auditing partners.
• As required by law, regulation, or legal process.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates at any time. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are used solely by Local Roof Crew to communicate with you about your inspection request and are never sold, rented, or transferred.

All third parties are required to adhere to applicable data protection laws and our contractual requirements.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use, or may use, cookies and similar technologies on our website, including analytics tools and advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel), to understand how visitors use the site, measure the performance of our advertising, and show you relevant ads.
